President Tammie Rattray is an experienced labor and employment lawyer with a broad scope of practice that includes both litigation and traditional labor law with Ford Harrison Law Group. Florida Bar certified in Labor and Employment Law, Tammie is a member of Ford Harrison’s Healthcare Practice Group and serves on the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee for the Council for a Union-Free Environment. Current Board of Trustee member with Cove since 2016.

1st Vice President Rob Pariseau comes to the board with extensive insurance experience and will offer his expertise in policy enforcement and regulations. His participation will be invaluable to the foundation of the Cove Board of Trustees. Rob is retired, but served as the Executive Vice President and employee benefit practice leader at BKS Partners. With more than 30 years of experience in the Florida middle market, his expertise includes benefits planning, communication, funding, compliance and project management.

Rob Pariseau

Rob Pariseau comes to the board with extensive insurance experience and will offer his expertise in policy enforcement and regulations. Major Frank Losat began his career in Law enforcement in 1990, serving as a state trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol before joining the Hillsborough County Sherriff’s Office in 1994. Major Losat has served in his current rank since 2016 and is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division overseeing Homicide, Traffic Homicide, Special Victim’s Section, Economic Crimes, Identification Section, Crime Scene, and the Victim Advocate’s. He is married to his wife Irene and they have two adult sons that are Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as well.
Secretary Robert Williams is a Senior Partner of Burr & Forman’s Litigation Group with over 40 years of experience in all areas of trial practice, including jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. Specializing in complex business, health care, and securities litigation, he has successfully tried numerous jury trials. Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hillsborough County Hospital (Tampa General Hospital) and Former president of Cove Board of Trustees. Current Board Of Trustees member with Cove since 1999.

Robert V. Williams

Robert Williams is a Senior Partner of Burr & Forman’s Litigation Group with over 40 years of experience in all areas of trial practice, including jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. Specializing in complex business, health care, and securities litigation, he has successfully tried numerous jury trials. Former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hillsborough County Hospital (Tampa General Hospital) and Former president of Cove Board of Trustees. Current Board Of Trustees member with Cove since 1999.
Treasurer Earl Horton began his business career at Lumberman’s Underwriting Alliance in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1985 he became an owner in an Independent Insurance Agency and over the past 24 years grew that business from 3 employees to 220, becoming the 2nd largest privately owned agency in the State of Florida. Past President of the Children’s Museum in 1993 and was Chairman of the Development Committee raising $21,000,000 for the new Museum building in 2010. Current Board of Trustees member with Cove since 2013.

Earl Horton

Earl Horton began his business career at Lumberman’s Underwriting Alliance in Kansas City, Missouri. In 1985 he became an owner in an Independent Insurance Agency and over the past 24 years grew that business from 3 employees to 220, becoming the 2nd largest privately owned agency in the State of Florida. Past President of the Children’s Museum in 1993 and was Chairman of the Development Committee raising $21,000,000 for the new Museum building in 2010. Current Board of Trustees member with Cove since 2013.
Past President Ginny McGucken is a licensed real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Her experience includes real estate sales, property management and assisted living administration. Currently, she is managing commercial and residential properties for a family trust. Ginny joined the Cove Advisory Board in 2016 and was appointed to the Executive Board of Trustees October, 2017.

Ginny McGucken is a licensed real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Her experience includes real estate sales, property management and assisted living administration. Currently, she is managing commercial and residential properties for a family trust. Ginny joined the Cove Advisory Board in 2016 and was appointed to the Executive Board of Trustees October, 2017.
Member Andrea White attended Talladega College and is a graduate of New York University Fashion Institute of Technology. She later transitioned into a telecommunications career at Tampa Cable Public Access, which focused on supporting community engagement within the industry and externally through technology. After 34 years of service, she retired as Senior Manager of State and Local Government with Charter Communications (Spectrum). Her commitment to serve did not end when she retired, as she has continued to lead and serve on executive boards to improve education, health, and address disparities affecting low-resource and marginalized individuals in Hillsborough County and other communities throughout Florida.

Andrea White attended Talladega College and is a graduate of New York University Fashion Institute of Technology. She later transitioned into a telecommunications career at Tampa Cable Public Access, which focused on supporting community engagement within the industry and externally through technology. After 34 years of service, she retired as Senior Manager of State and Local Government with Charter Communications (Spectrum). Her commitment to serve did not end when she retired, as she has continued to lead and serve on executive boards to improve education, health, and address disparities affecting low-resource and marginalized individuals in Hillsborough County and other communities throughout Florida. 
Member Holly Hills, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the Louis de la Parte Florida  Mental Health Institute, in the College of Behavioral and Community Services at USF. In addition to her teaching and research duties at USF, she does training and consulting with service providers and systems focused on improving care for persons with serious mental illness and addictive disorders. Dr. Hills is a licensed clinical psychologist having received her Ph.D. in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Florida. Past President of Cove, current Board of Trustees member since 2004.

Holly Hills

Holly Hills, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the Louis de la Parte Florida  Mental Health Institute, in the College of Behavioral and Community Services at USF. In addition to her teaching and research duties at USF, she does training and consulting with service providers and systems focused on improving care for persons with serious mental illness and addictive disorders. Dr. Hills is a licensed clinical psychologist having received her Ph.D. in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Florida. Past President of Cove, current Board of Trustees member since 2004.

Hiriam Hampton is a native Floridian with over 40 years of experience in the commercial insurance field serving in leadership positions for regional brokerages in Central Florida. Currently semi-retired serving as Business Development Advisor for Lykes Insurance, Inc. Has served on boards for Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Children’s Cancer Center, University of Tampa Board of Counselors, Tampa yacht and Country Club, University Club, First Florida Bank and Barnett Bank of Tampa. Board position with Cove since 2008.
Member Chuck Sasone is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Miami School of law. He enjoyed actively practicing law in a trial practice for over 35 years. Charles Sansone

Chuck Sasone is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Miami School of law. He enjoyed actively practicing law in a trial practice for over 35 years. Although still a licensed attorney he has left the active legal practice to pursue other options. Among these include management of personal investments and service on various school and non-profit Boards, such as Cove. Current Board of Trustees member since 2009.
Member Jennifer Durham is the Chief Development Officer for Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants. A certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Women’s Foodservice Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. Current Board of Trustees member with Cove since 2010.

Member Terry McFatter is the Market Director and Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker for the Brandon Office of The Bank of Tampa. Terry represents the bank in the Brandon market and identifies opportunities to develop new commercial business with companies in the Tampa Bay area. Member Donna Marino Turner serves the Tampa Bay area as a Licensed Realtor with 20 years of experience. Major Chris Baumann started his career with the Sheriff’s Office in 1998 and is an FAA licensed pilot. Major Baumann has served as a deputy, field training officer, narcotics detective, and Internal Affairs detective. Before being transferred to Jail Division III as the Deputy Division Commander, Major Baumann has held supervisory positions in Patrol Districts I, II, III & IV, the Homicide Section, and the Special Investigations Division. Major Baumann obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Master’s of Science Degree in Criminology from the University of Louisville. He is also a graduate of the 133rd Southern Police Institute Administrative Officer’s Course and completed the University of Louisville Police Executive Leadership Program in 2015.
Member Brad Johnson graduated from The Citadel then completed his surgical training in Virginia and Sydney, Australia. He currently is a Professor of Surgery University of South Florida College of Medicine Department of Surgery/Vascular Surgery Division.He serves national leadership positions as the: Society of Vascular Surgery (SVS) Chairman of Quality Performance and Measures Committee 2015- current. He currently is a Professor of Surgery University of South Florida College of Medicine Department of Surgery/Vascular Surgery Division.He serves national leadership positions as the: Society of Vascular Surgery (SVS) Chairman of Quality Performance and Measures Committee 2015- current. Inc. board for over forty years.
Member Katie Glaser comes to the board with vast real estate knowledge, from marketing to office management, title services and e-commerce, in addition to supporting Cove through her many speaking engagements.
