Chief Executive Officer With 20 years progressive leadership experience as a healthcare executive, Deanna demonstrates success in targeting and planning operational performance aligned with strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Deanna has successfully held Cove’s Chief Administrative Officer position for the past five years before being selected as Chief Executive Officer for Cove. She has earned a Master of Health Administration from USF as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Her focus is to engage her team, while creating a positive and productive culture, so that future innovations can flourish in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Chief Financial Officer, CPA Joseph is a highly effective licensed Certified Public Accountant with 25 years of executive and business advisory experience. He is skilled in masterfully solving complex financial problems and igniting bottom line improvements. Skilled in leadership, finance, accounting, real estate and 501c3 Not-for-profits with Big 6 Accounting Firm Business Advisory experience. A proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing improvement strategies, and coaching individuals to success. Joseph is originally from Chicago, Illinois and he attended Purdue University and earned a Master of Science Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. In addition, Joseph taught Financial Accounting at Purdue University as an Adjunct Professor for more than 3 years. Joseph is a Certified Nonprofit Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Joseph Jurek

Chief Clinical Officer Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

Antoinette Hagley

Chief Clinical Officer

Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.
V.P. Business Development Anthony is the VP of Business Development and Operations at Cove. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and has been in healthcare for 25 years. He has years of experience in both operations and business development, which will help Cove propel itself into the larger healthcare market. He currently holds several certifications including Dale Carnegie and Sigma Six, is actively involved in his community, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Anthony is the VP of Business Development and Operations at Cove. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and has been in healthcare for 25 years. Over the last seven years she has been focused on behavioral health for the Georgia Crisis Access Line (GCAL). Sivi holds a Master’s Degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology from Johnson C. Smith University. She also has certifications as a PHR (HRCI), Diversity Professional with the National Diversity Council, as well as a certified facilitator for Behavioral Profiles and Assessments (Right Path). In her spare time, she has a passion to help, consult, and is a board member for small nonprofits and educational institutions championing career development, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
