Chief Executive Officer With 20 years progressive leadership experience as a healthcare executive, Deanna demonstrates success in targeting and planning operational performance aligned with strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Deanna has successfully held Cove’s Chief Administrative Officer position for the past five years before being selected as Chief Executive Officer for Cove. She has earned a Master of Health Administration from USF as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Her focus is to engage her team, while creating a positive and productive culture, so that future innovations can flourish in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Chief Clinical Officer Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

Antoinette Hagley

Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

He previously held IT executive positions for both long-term post-acute care and behavioral health care organizations. He has demonstrated successes by combining his transformational leadership skills and IT knowledge to lead world-class technology organizations. He has a passion for establishing collaboration and inclusive work cultures to drive success and achieve business objectives. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado Technical University and a Master’s Degree from Webster University. He began his IT career as a member of the US Air Force.

He previously held IT executive positions for both long-term post-acute care and behavioral health care organizations. He has demonstrated successes by combining his transformational leadership skills and IT knowledge to lead world-class technology organizations. He has a passion for establishing collaboration and inclusive work cultures to drive success and achieve business objectives. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado Technical University and a Master’s Degree from Webster University. He began his IT career as a member of the US Air Force.

Mike Neumann

Chief Financial Officer

Mike has over 30 years of healthcare experience. This experience includes over 25 years with nonprofit organizations. His primary focus is to ensure the financial stability of the organization. He does this to enable the management teams and the Board of Trustees to direct their focus on fulfilling the mission of the charity, and to continue to provide the best possible services to our clients. He has a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification. He has a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University, an MBA with cum laude honors from Tampa College where he has also taken 1 year of additional studies in advanced Accounting courses.
