Chief Executive Officer With 20 years progressive leadership experience as a healthcare executive, Deanna demonstrates success in targeting and planning operational performance aligned with strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Deanna has successfully held Cove’s Chief Administrative Officer position for the past five years before being selected as Chief Executive Officer for Cove. She has earned a Master of Health Administration from USF as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Her focus is to engage her team, while creating a positive and productive culture, so that future innovations can flourish in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Chief Clinical Officer Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. With a focus on people first, Christine has over 25 years supporting companies to align their business / program strategies with employee needs.  Through a deep awareness and comfort with individual differences and preferences, she has delivered results through leadership development, performance management, and company cultural programs.  Striking the balance of inspiration and accountability is the foundation to Christine’s success.  She has earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University where she received the Leadership Excellence award.
