With 20 years progressive leadership experience as a healthcare executive, Deanna demonstrates success in targeting and planning operational performance aligned with strategic initiatives and growth objectives. Deanna has successfully held Cove’s Chief Administrative Officer position for the past five years before being selected as Chief Executive Officer for Cove. She has earned a Master of Health Administration from USF as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Her focus is to engage her team, while creating a positive and productive culture, so that future innovations can flourish in this ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Antoinette Hagley
Antoinette is a dedicated professional with 19 years of experience in the field, who maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that our organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of our clinical team.

Sivi Fludd
Sivi is a passionate HR professional with over 25 years of experience in her field. Over the last seven years she has been focused on behavioral health for the Georgia Crisis Access Line (GCAL). Sivi holds a Master’s Degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology from Johnson C. Smith University. She also has certifications as a PHR (HRCI), Diversity Professional with the National Diversity Council, as well as a certified facilitator for Behavioral Profiles and Assessments (Right Path). In her spare time, she has a passion to help, consult, and is a board member for small nonprofits and educational institutions championing career development, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
